It is important to follow the hygiene rules after implantation, which can shorten the healing time and make the process easier. For a few days after implantation: don't smoke, don't lift, don't do heavy physical work, don't eat small-seeded foods, and don't eat dairy products and egg, don't suck the wound, don't gargle, apply ice from the outside and elevate your pillow at night.
